The HBO medical drama “The Pitt” won the top prize. It was awarded Outstanding Drama Series. Noah Wyle secured his first Emmy for Lead Actor in a Drama Series.
He previously had five nominations for “ER”. The Apple TV+ satire “The Studio” won Outstanding Comedy Series. It also set a new record with 13 total wins.
This record surpassed “The Bear’s” 11 wins from the previous year. Seth Rogen won for Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for his performance. He also won for directing the show.
